Representatives from the studios met with Lloyds British London to discuss and eventually agree on a contract in mid-November. The deal will include not only LOLER and PUWER examinations, but also all boilers, lifts and pressure vessels within the complex.
Over the years Twickenham Film Studios has provided the setting for scenes from such well-known films as The Italian Job and War Horse, and is fast approaching it’s centenary year.
Lloyds British London managing director, Gus Zona, said: "We are very excited about our working relationship with Twickenham Film Studios. With Lloyds celebrating their 200 year anniversary and Twickenham Film Studios to celebrate their 100 years next year this is sure to be a blockbuster."
