Fardell was previously employed with Morris Material Handling Ltd. and went from being a temporary cover in the summer of 1997 to a semi-skilled fitter and finally senior sales engineer (internal), taking night classes for two years and graduating with an HNC in business and marketing.?
He said: “Lifting Solutions has great facilities and management, with excellent knowledge and talent throughout the company, enabling them to deliver on almost any application or solution. Knowing you have this back up, and the ability to say ‘yes’ to your customer no matter what the enquiry, is satisfying and rewarding for us all.”
He added: “I know I can develop further and progress within Lifting Solutions. Creating a new southern customer base for the company and new relationships from scratch will be a challenge, but it’s one I am looking forward to and that I believe I can rise to.”
