The vacuum tube lifters, which will be on display at the Fensterbau Frontale 2020 windows show in Nuremberg from 18–21 March, are designed for quick, easy and flexible lifting, stacking or moving loads. As well as glass panes, the lifters are suitable for wood panels, plastic or paper sacks, buckets, barrels or cardboard loads.
The systems’ ‘quick swap’ system enables the operator to change tools in only a few steps, increasing the versatility of the units. Graded carrying capacities range from 20kg up to 250kg in two varieties, a pneumatic 90° turner and a manual 180° turner.
Eurotech has also introduced its eT-Hover-univac Line, a more compact and lightweight version of the eT-Hover-univac; the Line model features a two-circuit system and four suction plates arranged in line. It is suitable for lifting and moving large-surface loads made of glass, wood, metal, stone or plastic; in vertical mode, the lifting device can lift loads weighing up to 360kg, and up to 500kg in horizontal mode. Loads can have dimensions of up to 2,500m by 1,000mm.
And the Nemo system from Eurotech is a portable, electric vacuum hand-held lifter, which can attach itself to most surfaces and has a holding force of up to 170kg. It features an integrated vacuum meter for monitoring vacuum: the pump inside the handle of the unit generates the required vacuum, and turns off once this is established; if the vacuum in the suction device drops, the pump will automatically switch on again.
