Verlinde’s UK sales and marketing manager, Simon Rothechild, said: “We have designed a special bespoke hoist for truss manufacturer Total Fabrications. We have worked hand in hand to ensure that the kit works exactly to the requirements of the RSC in the very specific and challenging environment of stage productions.”
This is one of several special hoists supplied by Verlinde and Total Fabrications being used by the RSC.
The new hoist is a fixed installation in the Courtyard Theatre. Verlinde’s hoist will be used for lighting set-ups for RSC productions on-site.
