China-based crane supplier Xinxiang Nucleon Crane has delivered a 10-ton European-style single-girder overhead crane to a client in Angola.

The crane, customised to meet specific requirements, features a safe working load of 10 tons, a span of 25m, and a lifting height of 10m.

It operates with a work class of A5 and includes both pendant and remote control modes.

The Angolan customer opted for a European-style single-beam bridge crane along with its supporting steel structure.

The crane is equipped with a full set of imported configurations, including SEW brand running and lifting motors, as well as ABB brand electrical appliances and inverters.

The decision followed extensive communication with Xinxiang Nucleon Crane, resulting in the selection of the company as the supplier.

Nucleon Crane, in its statement, said: “The customer customised a European-style single-beam bridge crane and its supporting crane steel structure.

“The customer is located in Angola. After a long period of communication, the customer finally selected NUCLEONCRANE as their supplier, valuing NUCLEONCRANE’s production capacity and product quality.”

In a separate development, Nucleon recently exported a 3.2-ton European-style portable gantry crane to a customer in Saudi Arabia, whose factory requires lifting glass.

The crane features an adjustable lifting height ranging from 3.2m to 5.4m and spans between 3m and 6m.

Nucleon has also installed two 10-ton overhead cranes for a metal fabrication client in Brazil.

The installation included runway beams and square steel rails, requiring reinforcement of the client’s workshop columns.

The cranes have a span of 23.55m, a lifting height of 6.5m, and a double-speed lifting mechanism with speeds of 8.4/0.84m/min.

In addition, Nucleon announced the export of six LD single girder overhead cranes, designed with a capacity of five tons, to Yemen.

The LD type cranes span a length of 16.5m and a lifting height of 6m, will be installed with the assistance of Nucleon’s engineering team to ensure an effective installation process.
