OZ Lifting Products will show its Davit Crane Facility Maintenance System at AHR Expo, at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (February 10-12, 2025).

AHR Expo attracts heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) professionals and OZ Lifting will utilize a 10 ft. by 20 ft. exhibit to demonstrate its material handling system, designed to optimize efficiency and safety in HVACR applications.

At the center of the concept is OZ Lifting’s recently upgraded Tele-Pro davit crane, available in 500 lb., 1,200 lb. and 2,500 lb. capacities. Featuring the company’s U.S.-Patented telescoping boom technology, it allows users to telescope the boom in and out under load. Smart latch technology ensures tool-free assembly, while the corrosion-resistant finish offers added protection from the elements.

AHR Expo for HVACR professionals attracts the most comprehensive gathering of the industry from around the globe each year. The show provides a forum where manufacturers and suppliers come together to share ideas and showcase the future of HVACR technology.

“It’s an interesting demographic and one that aligns closely with our products and culture. Safety is our top priority: each davit crane is individually tested and certified to 125% of its rated capacity, and proudly made here in the USA. HVACR buying decision makers can choose from a variety of base options and winch configurations to tailor their system to specific material handling needs,” said Steve Napieralski, president, OZ Lifting.

In literature available at the show, OZ Lifting will explain how a maintenance system, based on a prototype Tele-Pro, is utilized on the top of a roof, where a large amount of HVACR equipment is installed. However, an infinite number of relevant applications are possible, all of which leverage the benefits of the Tele-Pro’s new features, such as smoother boom operation under load; enhanced maneuverability; clearer capacity limits; industrial, high-visibility powder coat; and simplified maintenance.

The CompOZite and CompOZite Elite carbon fiber davit cranes will also be of interest to HVACR professionals, as will the long reach davits. These cranes are frequently mounted on trucks and rooftops, where they lift chillers, filters, motors, and more. The properties of the Aluma-Lite will be of interest, while the lever and chain hoists are perfect for a multitude of HVACR applications.

Attendees will also be able to see several stainless-steel products, designed for use in corrosive environments, including hoists, beam clamps, trolleys, and a manual winch that boasts a drill-adaptor feature. Spark-resistant hoists and trolleys will be of interest too.

Napieralski will be joined in Orlando by Richard Miller, sales manager (Booth 8178).
