This version of the SPMT is designed for use in a variety of applications, including shipyard transport and shipbuilding, internal logistics, metallurgy, wind energy, aerospace and more.
The six-axle Power Hoss is described as being a “compact” transporter and comes with an integrated drive unit of either diesel hydraulic or electric. It has a payload of 360 tons and measures 39ft by 10ft.
Transport Products and Service Enterprises added: “These transport modules can also be used in a vehicle combination to comfortably handle the most difficult tasks in intralogistics. An optional operator’s cabin can be added, offering a great benefit during uncooperative weather conditions.”
